This trauma informed practice will help cultivate a mind-body connection to harness the resilience you already possess. This may help you:

- improve your quality of sleep
- boost your ability to tolerate and relieve stress, tension, anxiety and depression
- feel more at home in your body - improve your self-awareness
- foster a more compassionate relationship with yourself and the world around you
- experience more of the good even in the midst of chaos and challenge
- develop your mental ability to focus on what you want in your life
- gain self-confidence
- feel stronger and calmer
