All events for Parenting With Connection

An 8 week support group for parents of school-aged children. We will provide a safe space to explore our own responses to parenting challenges, gain skills, and build connection and resilience. Topics will include: brain basics, emotion-regulation, guiding behaviours, mindfulness, self-compassion, acceptance and change. Facilitated by Yzobela Hyett.
