Moving Women is a weekly group that meets on Tuesday evenings from 7:00-8:30pm and offers a safe space where women, and anyone who identifies as female and relates to women’s issues, can come together to find support, acceptance and empowerment. Using creative movement and dance as a medium for self-discovery, we will develop an awareness of our patterns of moving and relating, both in dance and in life. The group will provide a space to explore these patterns, try out different ways of doing things, and look at what obstacles are getting in the way of your growth. Open to all women over 18 years of age. $200 for 8 weeks of sessions.
