Community Care Day: Free Event

To celebrate our first anniversary and to say thank you for your support, we’d like to invite you to a day of community care!
Come and learn about our collective and offerings, meet practitioners, and learn some strategies to improve your mental health and wellness! Join us for workshops, information sessions, mini treatments, and activities for all ages throughout the day.
The schedule for our group offerings is:
1:30 Land Acknowledgement and welcome (Abby Rozen and Caroline Starr)
2:00 Love Languages (Greg Babcock and Jamie Lemen)
2:30 Letting Go - guided meditation (Lisa Derencinovic)
3:00 Parenting Compass (David Jan Jurasek)
3:30 art workshop (Stephanie Chin)
Alongside this we will have Care Stations with Zentangle, affirmations, mental health poetry and more!
