Moving Women is a weekly group that meets on Tuesday evenings from 7:00-8:30pm and offers a safe space where women, and anyone who identifies as female and relates to women’s issues, can come together to find support, acceptance and empowerment. Using creative movement and dance as a medium for self-discovery, we will develop an awareness of our patterns of moving and relating, both in dance and in life.
