SUMMARY:PWYC: SoundTogether
DESCRIPTION:SoundTogether is an innovative musical workshop designed to empower our freedom of expression and to deepen our connection with others through the uplifting and unifying experience of playing music and singing together as a group. \n Everyone is welcome\, no musical background required! Please bring a water bottle and wear comfortable clothing. Extra percussion instruments are provided\, and you are also welcome to bring a musical instrument. $10-$20 PWYC \n How SoundTogether works: \nGathered in a circle\, participants are guided through a series of warm-up exercises and creative activities to get into our bodies\, wake up our voices\, and to align all participants heart-to-heart. Once our hearts are harmonized\, Zaye shares their original songs with the group that welcome participation and improvisation. These songs are imbued with soulful themes that are collectively explored before and after each song is played. At the end of the gathering\, participants are guided through an integration exercise\, and then the circle is opened for participants to share feedback and comments about their experience. \nSuggested PWYC $10-$20\, all are welcome.
