DESCRIPTION:(NO ART EXPERIENCE NEEDED)Hosted by Stephanie Chinn\, this workshop is about the process of bringing out what is going on inside of not; not the product. So if you are new to painting or drawing...great! \nThis is a meditative workshop where we get to know ourselves a little bit better and love ourselves\, our authentic selves a little bit more. \nIn this workshop we will reflect on how some of our toughest times can can create our most resilient selves and on how to turn that into our most meaningful and creative pieces. We will also reflect on our favourite attributes about ourselves. \nI want you to leave with the tools you need to dive deeper into yourself and channel your creative self as a way to be more mindful. \nFor me\, when I started to reflect on what I was trying to tell myself and pay attention to life’s little clues is when I started to build up an appreciation for myself as well as build more self-love rituals. \nI’d love to have you there!
