SUMMARY:Moving Women
DESCRIPTION:Moving Women is a weekly group that meets on Tuesday evenings from 7:00-8:30pm and offers a safe space where women\, and anyone who identifies as female and relates to women’s issues\, can come together to find support\, acceptance and empowerment. Using creative movement and dance as a medium for self-discovery\, we will develop an awareness of our patterns of moving and relating\, both in dance and in life. The group will provide a space to explore these patterns\, try out different ways of doing things\, and look at what obstacles are getting in the way of your growth.
